SEO Resource

Build a stronger foundation for the searches that matter.

Modern SEO connects technical access, useful content and a clear customer journey. We start with the pages that matter to your business and work outward from the evidence.

01

Find barriers before adding more pages

A page cannot help the business if visitors or search crawlers cannot reach it reliably. A technical review looks at response codes, robots directives, canonical signals, internal links and sitemap coverage. Where access is authorized, search reports and server evidence can help explain what is happening.

Not every warning is equally urgent. A broken service page, incorrect canonical or blocked resource may require attention before small changes to metadata.

  • Separate important pages from duplicate and low value URLs.
  • Review redirect chains and internal links pointing to old destinations.
  • Check indexability and rendered content on representative templates.
  • Record the evidence and proposed fix for each confirmed issue.
02

Match each page to a real need

Keywords are clues to a customer’s intent. They are not a reason to create hundreds of similar pages. Map useful search themes to the page that can best serve the visitor.

Review pages that overlap, service information that is too vague and questions left unanswered. Improvements may include clearer headings, stronger examples, a better comparison or a more useful next step.

03

Connect content and internal navigation

A strong internal link helps a visitor move to a relevant next page. It also makes the website structure easier to follow. Review links in their context rather than adding them only to increase a count.

Content should reflect what the business actually knows. Add original information such as processes, specifications, work examples and practical limitations. Expert review is especially important where inaccurate advice can cause harm.

04

Validate markup and experience

Structured data should describe what is visible on the page. Use relevant types, check supported requirements and test the result. Markup does not replace useful content or guarantee an enhanced search appearance.

Review the mobile journey as well: readable copy, stable layout, reasonable loading behavior and a clear way to enquire. Technical scores are useful diagnostics, but customer usability remains the purpose.

05

What the review should deliver

A practical SEO review gives your team a prioritized work queue, not an unexplained list of warnings. Each important item should identify the affected pages, the evidence, the proposed action and how completion will be checked.

Where implementation is included, agree on access and approvals first. Track completed changes and compare relevant page performance over time.

  • Technical findings and affected URLs.
  • Search intent and page opportunity map.
  • Content and internal linking recommendations.
  • Validation notes and the next measurement period.
