SEARCH INTELLIGENCE. PRACTICAL EXECUTION.Speak with our team

How It Works

A transparent path from website evidence to useful work.

Start with a defined goal. Agree on the scope. Keep decisions visible from the first review to the next improvement cycle.

01

Understand the business and baseline

Share the website, important services or products, target areas and the outcome you want. A public review can establish an initial picture without account access.

Where deeper analysis is needed, agree on the data sources and permissions. Record existing performance and known measurement gaps. A reliable baseline helps avoid crediting unrelated changes to the work.

02

Collect and classify findings

Gather the evidence available within the scope. Separate technical faults, content opportunities, business information issues and observations that need further testing.

Each important finding should identify the affected page, the evidence and what remains uncertain. A recommendation without a reason is hard to assess or approve.

03

Prioritize and agree on changes

Prioritization considers business importance, likely impact, implementation effort and risk. Dependencies matter: fix a blocked page before assessing the effect of new copy on that page.

Review the proposed work, responsibilities and approval requirements. Automated execution is only appropriate for supported tasks within an agreed permission model.

  • Identify the page and intended change.
  • Explain the reason and possible downside.
  • Keep a copy of the previous state.
  • Agree on a validation method.
04

Implement and validate

Complete approved work through the agreed workflow. Check the live page for unexpected changes, broken links, rendering problems and factual errors. Important changes should have a recovery path.

An implemented task is not automatically a successful outcome. Confirm that the intended change is present and that the surrounding user journey still works.

05

Review outcomes and adapt

Compare relevant measures over an agreed period. Search traffic, customer enquiries and AI visibility observations answer different questions; report them separately.

Consider seasonality, competition, other website changes and incomplete tracking before drawing conclusions. Use what was learned to choose the next set of tasks.
