Every engagement starts with a written scope that sets out the deliverables, fees, timelines, access and approvals. If that scope or a signed agreement conflicts with these terms, the scope or agreement wins.
Intellectual property
The site’s text, design and logo belong to Smart Leading Solutions LLC. Unless an engagement’s scope says otherwise, your agency owns the final deliverables once they are paid for in full, and we can prepare them without our branding on request.
Acceptable use

Limitation of liability
The site and its content are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, Smart Leading Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of this site. For paid work, our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement concerned.
