Information you send us: your name, email address, phone number, company and any project details you include when you email or call us.
Client engagement data: when your agency hires us, the website, Search Console, analytics and other data you give us access to for that engagement.
Technical data: our hosting and security tools record IP addresses, browser details and request logs to protect the site and prevent abuse.
Cookies: this site does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and list them here.

How we use it

To reply to inquiries and prepare scopes and proposals.
To deliver the work your agency hired us for.
To keep the website secure and working.
To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use one client’s data in another client’s work.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our hosting provider, email provider and backup tools, and only as needed for that purpose. We may disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry emails for up to 24 months. We keep engagement data for the length of the engagement and up to 12 months after it ends, unless our contract or the law requires us to keep it longer. Security logs are kept for up to 90 days.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing business@smartleading.net. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. We will respond to any request within 45 days.

Security

We use security software, login protection and regular backups. Please do not send passwords by email; we will arrange secure access for any engagement.

Changes to this policy

We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date.
